There's a free plan so you can try Real Estate Study Partner before you pay. If a paid plan isn't right for you, here's how refunds work.

7‑day money‑back guarantee

If you're not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full — no hassle. This applies to your first purchase of the one‑time exam pass and to a first monthly subscription charge.

Monthly subscriptions

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Beyond the 7‑day window, partial‑month charges are generally non‑refundable except where required by law.

One‑time exam pass

The exam pass grants access for its stated period. Outside the 7‑day window it is non‑refundable, since access has been provided.

Pass guarantee

If you sit for your licensing exam while your exam pass is active and do not pass, we will extend your pass free for another 90 days. Email support@realestatestudypartner.com with your official score report within 30 days of your exam date. The guarantee applies once per purchased pass and provides extended access rather than a monetary refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@realestatestudypartner.com from the address on your account with your purchase details. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and may take a few business days to appear.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of abuse (for example, repeated buy‑and‑refund activity). Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable consumer‑protection law.
